#2249 7-Zip window does not open - Win 10 build 1909

I have been a 7-Zip user for a long time, but recently after updating 7-zip it no longer works. When I run the application, I can see the app in the task bar but the application window does not open.

How can I/we/you troubleshoot this issue, as I presently cannot use 7-Zip at all.

I have tried these builds, all with the same missing application window:
7z1900_x86
7z1900_x64
7z2000_x86
7z2000_x64
