7z does not reduce dict size for non-solid archives

There is a statement in 7z v4.30 history:
- 7-Zip now reduces dictionary size for LZMA, if you compress files
smaller than specified dictionary size.
But it only calculates the total size of all files.
Many people use the default 64MB dict size. If I compress many of small files (for example XX KBs) into a non-solid 7z archive, I get a universal bigger dict size from the total size (for example LZMA:25), but 7z should take individual smaller dict sizes from each file sizes (for example LZMA:18).
I'll fix it.
Thnaks!
