#209 Binary fails, tarball built improperly

The 7zip binary fails to install with "Unspecified
Error" on all my friend's windows machines. I
downloaded the tarball which created *THREE*
directories in the dir I tar -x'd it in. this is
improper. The program should create one subdir from the
decompresion directory to store subsequent subdirs in.
the only worse thing is a tarball that dumps all it's
source in the `pwd`. The source also contained no
makefiles for Linux. Please at least fix your tarball
if not your source!
