#2035 Feature: enforce as default or add cmdline option to put some unique header into secondary volumes

While tinkering with my backups settings I've found that there is probably no world-recognized header put int secondary volumes. at least 'file' utility cannot say anything except simple 'data'.
I don't know is it 'file' util problem or there is indeed no header which is troublesome as I can imagine when some archive being pulled out of bad storage with lost file names or numbering probably will render unreadable volumes without manual renaming and reordering.

    It's not bug.
    It's just split, no headers, no format speciication.
    For example, you can split pdf file:
    a.pdf.001
    a.pdf.002
    ...
    And we don't expect any additional header in each new volume for pdf.
    Same thing for 7z archives.
