#173 Incorrect timer in compressing dialog-box

Incorrect timer in compressing dialog-box.

I compressed something once i fineshed the timer said
24 minutes and something but there had passed half an
hour since I started compressing.
I asume it's becouse while compressing 7-zip adds 1 to
the timer once every 1000 ms where it should calculate
the difference from starting time to current time
