#1650 -p switch with interactive password must ask user to confirm input

Current behavior of command line 7z (7-Zip [64] 15.14 : Copyright (c) 1999-2015 Igor Pavlov : 2015-12-31) is to ask for password once, but in case of -sdel switch usage with user entering the wrong password by mistake the files will be essentially lost after archiving.

So the proposal is to ask user to type the password twice and check both inputs for match.
