I ran the batch job and the program stalled:
D:\pivhi7\ODI_Files\7zG.exe e D:\pivhi7\ODI_Files*15.dat.gz -oD:\pivhi7\ODI_Files

At least, the file has bogus GZIP header. The real size of uncompressed data is 2472710 bytes, but the header indicates 375635180 bytes. By the way, the file is extracted correctly with 7-Zip 15.10 beta (though there is a warning).

It's not a bug.
There are some data after the end of payload data (after end of gz archive).

7z x IE15.dat.gz -t#

95536 1.gz 9169192 2

gz file is only 95536 bytes. So what data in file 2?
