#1597 Wildcard Extraction That Matches No Files Returns Error in 15.12

It looks like there is a regression in 15.12 where using a wildcard to match archives to be extracted returns an error if no files are matched. For example, 7z.exe x *.7z -y would have previously been effectively a noop if there were no files ending in .7z, but now it returns a 7 error code.
