#146 open outside/open doesn't work (2.30b32)

Doesn't work for me all the time.
It seems like when I try to open multiply files or very
big text files msdev (which is my default app to open
any text based files) report that *\7z*.tmp\*.* cannot
open file. File not found. I cannot see why this maybe
but it seems like 7-zip cannot deccompress files before
msdev try to open it.

Also there is problems opening some images with corel
photopaint 9. Corel crashes if I try to use open
command for image files which maybe because of same
problem as above.

(Work around: decompress file(s) manualy and then open.)

My system:
Win XP sp1
msc++ 6.0 sp5
corel photopaint 9.0 (not updated)
AMD athlon XP
mem: 266DDR + enought free
hd: fast IDE + enought free

Probably. One exe file starts other exe file and 7-zip removes
temp file after finishing first exe file
