Wouldn't it be better to rename the labels to make them constistent with Windows Explorer and context menu?
Open Inside -> Open as archive
Open Outside -> Open in new window
Also, suggestion for hotkeys. Windows Explorer uses 'Ctrl' + 'Enter' for new window opening instead of 'Shift'. This will free up 'Shift' + 'Enter' for 'Open inside' (instead of obscrure 'Shift' + 'PgDn').
And somewhat related question: do you consider non capitalizing non-first words in labels (e.g. 'Open inside' vs 'Open Inside')?
