#1296 Error 'An event was unable to invoke any of the subscribers'

Using 9.22 beta on Windows 8 64bit CTP, in the Options dialogue, having unticked the three bottom 'compress and email' options under 7-zip tab.

Upon hitting OK, rather unhelpful error 'An event was unable to invoke any of the subscribers' is raised.

I had this same error and I opened 7-Zip as an administrator and I was able to apply changes to the context menu.

It seems to happen any time I change context menu items, but the context menu does change. I'm an administrator, but I'm not using “run as administrator” for 7-Zip.
