#1272 "Extract files ..." with password bug

7z922-x64.msi

Place two files in a ZIP file with password using AES-256.

To unzip, use "Extract files ...".
If you type the wrong password, a folder with both files is created.
The two files are blank (have no content).
Correct response to wrong password should be to give an error message
and not create any files or folders.

Yes please do not create blank files!!! i created my zip and extracted to test w/o password and it saved files to drive. i did not look at the size and rezipped thinking it extracted the files. i overwrote the origional files thinking they existed and lost them. i finally realized they were 0 bytes. please fix this immediately, wt!!!
