#1268 OK in preferences causes error-report

Hello,
i installed 7zip 9.20 and 9.22 beta (both x64) on Win 7 Home Premium x64
If i go to the options set some and klick ok there comes an error report: 'Ein Ereignis konnte keinen Abonnenten aufrufen'
In English like: an event could not call a subscriber
Please Help

    Hi Igor',
    it seems to be a bug: if the user don't have any admin rights, the program should still could write changes to the registry. I've sniffed some: the program try's to set the key HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{23170F69-40C1-278A-1000-000100020000} If you give user write rights, the message doesn't occure anymore. The following error comes then: if the user disables 7-zip in contex menu, the key will be deleted and he cannot activate it again.
