#125 7-Zip installation/SFX bloats disk space

Currently 7-Zip package extract all files to temporary
directory, then run Setup.exe to install. This makes 7-
Zip impossible to install from/to embedded or network
environment. Such problem is worsen as 7-Zip extract
Windows 95 and NT versions of 7-Zip. 7-Zip install
package should ask for installation destination first, then
extract to that location, then finish the rest at the
destination directory.

The problem lies in the fact that 7-Zip cannot choose
where to extract files before extraction begins, so the
solution is to make 7-Zip SFX capable of specifying
target directory before extractions, and allows selective
extractions within scripts.

This is an important problem that needs to be solved,
especially for handling large archives supported by 7-Zip.
