Fail to restore dir. timestamp when extracting .ZIP archive

When extracting a directory object within a .ZIP archive in tested system 1, 7-Zip does not restore the timestamp for the directory. The bug does not occur in tested system 2.
I don't test Win98. Maybe Win98 doesn't support such fetaure.
Create archive just with empty directory and try to extract with WinZip / WinRar / 7-Zip.
I don't believe that Windows 98 can't support directory timestamp restoration. Doszip Commander[1] has done it without problems.
