#121 File menu not opening

Configuration: clean Windows 95 (.950B) + IE 5.0.
7-Zip 2.30 Beta 29

In the file manager, the File menu never opens
(whatever the access method: mouse or keyboard).
All other menus open correctly (including the Window menu).

(This bug does not show up under Windows 2000 with the
same version of 7-Zip.)
