Orca is almost ready, only SMF-manifests for orca graphs are missing.

Ok. We should leave them unassigned. If no one feels like
fixing it we can still change status to "won't fix"

If the prototype is ready the "two Jons" have offered to stress
test the RICHPse- and Blastwave-style packages with all use
cases they have.
