[SEToolkit-developer] Patches to enable nxge support

I recently added support for the nxge driver to my setoolkit and
thought I'd share.  I tested it on a M5000 and it appeared to report
all the appropriate stats.  I'm capturing only the basic stats and
I've done nothing to try and reconcile the fact that this driver
supports speeds up to 10GigaBit.
