Copied [24] from trunk to 3.4.1

Updated CHANGELOG to reflect changes of 3.4.1

First step towards new packaging structure. Use

cd pkg
make compile (on a sparc and amd64 machine each)
make pkg

to build a package.

Use standard vararg interface instead of private one. Fixes Bug 1692073

Convert setoolkit to use autotools (autoconf-2.61, automake-1.10,
libtool-1.5.22). Note that the subversion tree doesn't include the files which
autotools installs, so you'll need to do `autoreconf -if' on the checked out
tree.

As a result of this change, the includes and examples move under share/se.

We need a public email address to plugin into configure.ac at some point.

Put the kstat(1M) syntax changes into the source file, not the derived file

Use accessor macros for access to KSTAT_DATA_STRING data - Solaris patches
124250-/124251-03 rename the string element to str. Also add se_new_stringn
for length based strings (though still nul terminate them)
