SE Toolkit Code SVN (old)

Convert setoolkit to use autotools (autoconf-2.61, automake-1.10,
libtool-1.5.22). Note that the subversion tree doesn't include the files which
autotools installs, so you'll need to do `autoreconf -if' on the checked out
tree.

As a result of this change, the includes and examples move under share/se.

We need a public email address to plugin into configure.ac at some point.

Put the kstat(1M) syntax changes into the source file, not the derived file

Use accessor macros for access to KSTAT_DATA_STRING data - Solaris patches
124250-/124251-03 rename the string element to str. Also add se_new_stringn
for length based strings (though still nul terminate them)

Add a local strlcpy for pre-Solaris 8 support, change the minimal version
to 2.6, change the various name munging scripts to all use se's idea of
the platform architecture, avoid symbols in cpu_vminfo_t which don't exist
pre-Solaris 7. This addresses:
