#4 Mac Client "exited with zero status but no 'finished' file"

Under Mac OS 10.2.8 (dual G4) with boinc 4.25 and seti
client 4.02, Boinc gives the following error:

This is issued repeatedly. (Reseting the project has no
effect.) As a result of this, I recieve no credit.
