Ooops, tabs are always hard?

Hello.

I did update both TVision and Setedit from CVS (which I had not done
for many months) and the behaviour now is that I always get hard
tabs. The attached screenshot shows them even though local editing
options tell no hard tabs. The global options are practically the
same as local options. What did happen to soft tabs?
