The debug options are only available on Linux.
DJGPP isn' t multitasking so you can' t run setedit and gdb at the same
time (needed to debug).
Windows itself is a multitasking OS, but Cygwin is quite bad, last time
I tried it was impossible to debug using Cygwin.
