Patched eterm

Hi All!

For those we want to experiment running the editor in X without losing those
lovely keys like Shift+Arrows I uploaded a patched eterm that supports the
special mode needed for it.
The installation is tricky and involves the description found in
/usr/share/setedit/eterm
I uploaded the sources of eterm 0.8.10, the patches added by Debian
maintainer and my patches. I also uploaded a .deb compiled for Potato
systems.
All is in Source Forge.
