use-indent size option not saved

Hi Set,

I'm greatfull you added the use-indent-size tab option I have been
nagging you about ;-), but there's one small problem:
The value of the option is not preserved between runs, and neither does
setting it in the global options work. My guess is that you
forget to save it in the dst file.

About the new list location: yay! I think it's an improvement.
To subsribe to the topica list I have to retry severeal times
because my connection to topica is broken each time during the
subscription process (probably because I have a very slow
mobile phone modem).
