#79 copy/paste in dialogs

-Could be made the copy/paste to work correctly in text dialogs? Now it
works only in some dialogs, like the search/find dialog:I can paste from
clipboard correctly, but I can not select only some text, just all the text from the dialog. It would be useful in RHIDE too.

The original Turbo Vision behavior is to select only text from the beggining.
