#73 newline conversion semantics

the cmcSaveAs[No]ConvertEOL functions are
non-intuitive. i think it would have been better to retain
the old names (SaveAsDOS, SaveAsUNIX), but put
proper semantics on them. SaveAs would save in the
format the file was loaded in (or the native format for new
files).

actually, it might be a good idea to entirely drop the
SaveAs variants and make newline conversion a regular
editing action.
