#4 Common View Project Functionality

View All projects and View Sponsored Projects generate almost identical lists of projects. They have some differences, including that View Sponsored allows for review of attachments.

Should there be common functionality with filtering as needed to implement specific project listing requirements?

This question was raised upon discivery of bug in sorting for View Sponsored Projects.
