I think the text ends up looking bad a lot of times because
peoople don't adjust the JPG compression from its original
setting. Increasing the quality by 5 or 10 makes the text
look a lot nicer without blowing up the file size too much.
You have to tweak it though. I tried using no compression
and the text was actually more fuzzy than with 10%
compression.
