what sort of implementation is SNC going for, more or less advanced? Pluggable modules? Maybe something that will work on the new Fedora Core releases? How will it differ from Webmin?

No, we are going for a more Advanced approach that will take care of everything for small webhosts to huge webhosts(in the future)
However, We are facing a bit of a tie down with the lack of support from developers to continue with this project. I am trying to solve the issue and make everything rolling again. Please feel free to help if youd like.
