Hi, i am trying to install openvpn on a Red Hat Linux v9 operating system, but i keep getting:

configure: checking for OpenSSL SSL Library and Header files...
checking openssl/ssl.h usability... no
checking openssl/ssl.h presence... no
checking for openssl/ssl.h... no
configure: error: OpenSSL SSL headers not found.

I have the latest openssl and LZO libraries installed on this system.

Can someone please advise?
