#45 Cannot change nickname of stream

After adding a stream automatically from browser, using servestream URL handler,
stream is added successfully and its nickname appears to be its url.

However if I try to change that streams nickname, via settings/edit, app displays no errors, however name remains same on GUI playlist screen.

Should be easily fixed.
