#30 Unable to play URLs with UTF-8 encoding

When trying to stream UTF-8-encoded filenames ServeStream gets stuck on the "Opening URL..."-dialogue with no sound playing. Interestingly though, the file metadata, such as ID3-tags seem to work.

For example, the playlist http://h4xxel.org/temp/test.m3u contains the url-encoded line http://h4xxel.org/temp/bj%C3%B6rn.mp3 to a file with an UTF-8-encoded 'ö' in the filename.
