[Serverfilters-devel] changes in code

Hi Everybody,

I'm still using the serversidefilter to edit my maildrop filter files.

I was using the german "translated" version and noticed an error, that 
the array $matching was somehow not translated. So I did some digging. 
While I was at it, I replace the function for the IMAP folders to have 
them sorted the right way and inserted a new small function/flag for 
placing the new rules not only to the end, but to the beginng if wished :)

Now, how can I commit my changes for a review?
