I would like to help on this open source project. But, I
cannot find any documentation on what has been done,
how it was written or anything else. Is there any
documentation to how the files work together?

There is something messed up with those files or something
because when I downloaded it; it said it was corrupt. Either
my comp is messed up, the file can't be downloaded right, or
the file extracted to sf.net wasn't right.

the documentation is actually in the zip with the engine. The
engine is writting in blitz3d and needs Blitz3d to compile
them. The main file is called main.bb or test.bb
