Remove unnecessary statement

Remove FCM.
Catch a bug with NULL client in WhatsApp.
Small misc changes.

Add WhatsApp component (ported from esp32 with a tweak).
Replace/augment FCM code to use WhatsApp, basically sending one message at boot.

Implement a blackout window (no light between those hours).

Tweak default schedule a bit more.
Add JSON over HTTP GET handler, and expand a table for this.
Expand main task stack to avoid overflow.

Also report sunrise/set timings on status page

Also get GetSchedule to work (curl http://test-switch.local/state).

Only partially tested : code to copy with sunrise/sunset hour

Play with per-task memory allocation, and disable our own web server while running a query
on a web service. This makes the application appear to work (still without enforcing
WolfSSL to verify server certificates).

Update to a version that fetches sunrise times periodically.
Note : we're not using this info yet.
Note : this requires the wolfssl.com version of WolfSSL, not the esp-idf version.
Note : only works if peer cert checking is disabled (2022-11-27).
