Only partially tested : code to copy with sunrise/sunset hour

Play with per-task memory allocation, and disable our own web server while running a query
on a web service. This makes the application appear to work (still without enforcing
WolfSSL to verify server certificates).

Update to a version that fetches sunrise times periodically.
Note : we're not using this info yet.
Note : this requires the wolfssl.com version of WolfSSL, not the esp-idf version.
Note : only works if peer cert checking is disabled (2022-11-27).

Add a forgotten cleanup call.
Clean up some code.
