#1 program sends data in wierd chunks

I am actually using your program to convert the input from a barcode scanner into keyboard inputs, the only problem I have is that it seems to send the data in chunks of characters, with some barcodes being shorter and some longer somtime it sends the entire code correctly, other times it holds a few characters and sends them with the next barcode, and somtimes it doesn't send any of the barcode and send it appended to the next one.
