Fix to rc.serial for hand-edited serial.conf
Brought to you by:

In the 'stop' action of the rc.serial script, the test to see if the first line of /etc/serial.conf is ###AUTOSAVE### fails if you have manually edited the file and the first line contains more than one word. This patch just changes the quoting to present the first line of /etc/serial.conf as a single argument to the test.

This is for serial-5.05.
