#8 ADC offset

In the device setup window - have an ADC offset (see Monomeserial) option. For example, on my 40h kit I have my accelerometer on ADC ports 2 and 3, but to get them to work with standard apps I need to offset by -2 to bring that to 0, 1.

Julien has already started merging some of your patches into our trunk. There's still some work to do to have a clean solution for all devices, but it's in progress.
