major enhancements / changes:
* serdisplib goes colour!
* serdisplib now uses autoconf (./configure)
* .spec-file included for generating RPMs for fedora/redhat-based distributions

new displays:
* nokia3510i/3530 display supported (256 and 4096 colours) problem: parport is too slow for colour (only ~2-3 frames / second (if bigger parts are changing between two frames)). i'm currently searching cheap ways to enhance the throughput (will be added in a later version)
* lph7508 displays (sold by pollin.de)

other changes:
* API-enhancements for getting, setting, and querying display features (setting/changing features also during runtime - if possible), querying display information, ...
* many bugs removed, enhancements, ...
