#12 Allow pooling of serial port resources

It would be nice if you could configure ser2net to have a service port that would pick the first available of several serial ports and connect to it. This way, for example, you could have a large number of machines configured to use the same ser2net server that has 8 modems on the backend and whenever a connection is requested it would patch through to one of the backend modems if one is available.

This would be a convenient way to efficiently share a small bank of modems across a large number of machines on a network.
