#15 workflow launching can't see uploaded file

* Bug (FILED): when I had a single processing event with a file of type text/plain the launch workflow couldn't see it. I had to attach another child processing event with another file of type text/plain before the query in listStudyHasFile in the StudyDAO would return this as an option in the tree picker
