I am not sure if these are Myosotis or Sequoia restrictions. The Sequoia
parser does not parse INSERT INTO SET ... queries. For that, you would
need to modify the regular expression used for insert queries. This will
be tunable in Sequoia 4 but is currently hardcoded in Sequoia 2.10 and
will require a re-compilation.
