#30 change to top/bottom map bars

the top and bottom map bars each have a menu list in
the right click of the map. there are about 4-6
things available (and unique) on each one. it would
be nice if these lists were IDENTICAL for both menu's,
allowing the user to select what is available/viewable
where.
