#20 Colors in Chat Window

But my request is for the ability to set the colors of
the chat text so that it looks like my EQ chat colors.
e.g. OOC is blue, auctions are light green, shouts are
red, ...

This would be very useful to me because communications
wouldn't be spammed off my chat window by text from
the current battle.
