I guess there is a general problem when creating/displaying data because

really works in this window. But it's funny that for instance the two

Yes, the combobox is totally empty, even with 4Suite installed. Also, I notice, that installing python 2.3.4 in the suggested way, does not replace the built in version, but instead, it gets installed in a separate directory. So when accessing python via terminal, one gets the regular system version, in my case 2.3 to access the updated version I have to type "/usr/local/bin/python" at the terminal. On trying to install 4Suite in Panther I get "command 'gcc' failed with exit status 1" I have upgraded XCode tools and the gcc is the new version 3.3.
