[SE|PY-macdev] Snippets

Hi,
I don't seen to have any snippets. Is this something I populate  
myself or is it supposed to be like eclipse, where you can construct  
a whole class say with a keyboard shortcut? I am assuming that I  
would drag them into the pane?
