[SE|PY-macdev] Trouble Install 2

Following my earlier post I was looking through the archives:

I was however able to get the latest SEPY running just
  fine by installing sqlite 3.2.2. Just download the tarball and run:

  ./configure
  make
  sudo make install
______

I can't compile this as I get the message: "no acceptable C compiler 
found in $PATH"
Any chance it could put in as part of the install?

OSX 10.3.9 "Panther"
