[SE|PY-macdev] installing sepy on os x

i was never able to get sepy source working with python 2.3. I am  
however currently using it with 2.4 and it works very well.

source (need to do this so you can use wxpython with python 2.4)

Get the latest versions of evrything else and you should be ready to go.
